ABOUT PRO-FRAME
We decided to start Pro-Frame for a number of reasons, we had just bought our first home and we were shocked at how our windows had been installed, the issues that we faced were not fair, what should have been an enjoyable first year turned into a nightmare with drafts, mould, doors warping and whistling. Luckily Chris had the means to sort this due to his career as a Window and Door Installer. But we started hearing more and more horror stories of how so many homeowners were being put in the same position with companies charging thousands but delivering a substandard install and product.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
So we decided to put our experience together and launch our own business to try and tackle the problem. We can't solve it all, but we can definitely make a difference. Our homeowners that have used us have faced warmer homes, lower bills and large outside noise reduction. Why? Because we are extremely thorough with our installations, our products were carefully researched and we wanted to ensure that we always delivered the best service we possibly could. This goes for aftersales as well, if you have a problem, you won't be waiting weeks to hear from us. We will be there the same day, and if we can't it won't be longer than a week. We care just as much about your home as we do our own.
